How far in advance should I book my ground transportation?

When you have finalized your travel date and reservations.

How much travel time do I allow to get to the airport?

Approximate distance and travel time to major airports are shown on this site along with rates. Payments of cash or Visa are accepted. Click for Rates

What happens if my flight is late or if I miss my flight upon return?

All Airlines have updated arrival and departure information that our drivers check frequently. All of our clients are provided with a phone number to contact our driver in the event that their flight is cancelled or missed. If your flight is coming we will be there to meet you.

How will I recognize my driver?

Our clients are advised of a meeting point and our drivers display a card with your name on it.

What if I travel abroad or to the US?

• Airlines request that passengers arrive:
  • 90 minutes before flight time for a domestic flight.
  • 3 hours before flight time if you are flying international.
• Airlines require photo identification before boarding.
• US immigration requires a birth certificate or a passport plus a second piece of I.D.

Can other services be customized?

Yes,we would endeavor to meet any and all of your requirements.

What should we expect to pay for a limousine rental?

Most limousines rent between $50 - $150 per hour. In addition, most limousine services require a minimum hourly booking due to vehicle prep cost, travel times, and chauffeur salaries, a one-hour rental is not feasible for most limo services.

Do we pay for the limo while we attend our event?

You still have to pay for the rental time during your event, such as a concert or hockey game.
